It is necessary to explore the reality that is at times hindered when playing sexualized behavior as the weapon in the arsenal. Using sexualized behavior whether good or for bad has various consequences. For example if a lawyer is trying to be flirtatious with a lawyer in the firm that can cause them to believe that they want something other then a professional relationship and not only that the women lawyer might get what she wants from him, but if this continues on a con could be that the lawyer might take advantage of the situation and in a way manipulate the women lawyer. Another positive could be that the flirtatious and charismatic relationship can develop more networking but then again the down fall is that this women lawyer might be seen for her capacities but for her physical or other provocative behavior. In the media this is somewhat seen. Women in the media especially if they are working in courts, law,or other cold case tv shows are depicted as being not manly but provocative in their uniforms or are rarely shown as geeky or conservative. One example I can think of is the legally blonde that will be an extreme example of these "types" of lawyers, not only is she a fashionista going out of the norm but also harassed for being a bit to revealing. Overall using the sexialized behavior as a weapon of arsenal is not a positive in my belief it brings more negatives to other lawyers, maybe not directly to the individual acting out this behavior but it certainly does affect those that are working in the field. One makes all look bad. It is why it is necessary to make this behavior unacceptable either for men or women. The media is without a doubt a bit responsible for these scenes in reality not only they imply these situations but in a way suggest that all women lawyers are capable of acting these behaviors.
